Data Principles • BIGEV is a professional-use platform, not a background check or consumer reporting service. • BIGEV's core people and company data is intended to come from third-party providers, publicly available information, and user-submitted or claimed data. • BIGEV does not position itself as conducting privacy-invasive scraping of personal data for its core professional dataset. • BIGEV treats all data as reference information that may contain inaccuracies, omissions, stale records, inferred matches, or provider-side errors. 1. Data Categories BIGEV may process business and professional data such as names, job titles, company affiliations, business email addresses, business phone numbers, company attributes, business profile URLs, business location data, and similar professional-context records. 2. Data Sources BIGEV may source information from third-party data vendors, public web sources, user submissions, profile claims, company claims, customer-provided lists, and BIGEV's own internal normalization or verification processes. 3. Correction, Removal, and Suppression BIGEV may provide workflows for correction, removal, deletion, suppression, and opt-out requests. Where BIGEV removes or suppresses a record, BIGEV may retain a limited internal suppression record, including hashed or otherwise protected identifiers, solely to prevent the record from being re-added through future source refreshes, uploads, or matching operations. 4. Use Restrictions BIGEV data may not be used for consumer credit, employment screening, tenant screening, insurance underwriting, background checks, eligibility decisions, or other uses regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar laws. 5.
