Return Agreement and Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY

This Return Policy governs all sales made by BIGEV.COM, LLC (“BIGEV”) to any purchaser or end-user (“Customer”). By purchasing from BIGEV, Customer agrees to the following terms:

1. General Policy
All sales are final except as expressly permitted under this Return Policy. BIGEV’s Products are specialized, can require specialized import and product development costs and are frequently discounted. Accordingly, Customers are solely responsible for determining the compatibility, suitability, and appropriateness of any Product prior to purchase. Customers are responsible for contacting sales or customer service with any specific questions. Returns are accepted only under the limited circumstances set forth below.

2. Return Authorization
No Product shall be returned without prior written authorization from BIGEV. Customers must request a return authorization number (“RA#”) within seven (7) days of delivery by contacting sales@bigev.com.  Any Product returned without a valid RA# will be refused.

3. Eligible Returns and Restocking Fee
Products returned due to Customer’s change of mind, incorrect ordering, or any reason other than defect or BIGEV error are subject to a non-negotiable twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee.

Customer shall be solely responsible for all shipping, insurance, and handling costs related to such returns. Shipping charges originally incurred are non-refundable.

Products must be in new, unused, and unaltered condition with all original packaging, labels, and documentation intact.

4. Non-Returnable Products
The following Products are non-returnable under all circumstances, except where the Product is demonstrably defective upon delivery or BIGEV shipped the incorrect item. Such defects or errors must be reported immediately upon receipt:

  • Customized or custom-manufactured Products (including deposits).

  • Used, installed, or altered Products.

  • Opened electronics, tools, chemicals, consumables, or any Product operated outside original packaging.

  • Manufacturer-restricted Products identified as non-returnable by the originating supplier.

  • Cables, adapters, low-cost accessories (including small connectors, clips, and fasteners), and protective coverings (such as cases, shields, or wraps). Manufacturers will not accept returns of these items due to liability concerns associated with damage caused during trial fits or attempted installation. These products are particularly susceptible to hidden damage such as bent or broken pins, overstressed ports, stripped threads, or compromised protective surfaces, which cannot be verified as safe once handled. Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility, specifications, and fit prior to purchase.

5. Defective Products and Fulfillment Errors
Due to rapidly changing US trade policy, inventory, tariffs, and potential delays in global shipping, the customer must inspect the product within three (3) days of delivery. If a Product is defective in material or workmanship, or if BIGEV ships the incorrect Product, BIGEV shall, at its sole discretion, issue a replacement of the same or functionally equivalent Product.

Customer must provide written notice and supporting documentation (including photographs where applicable) within three (3) days of delivery.

Replacement is the exclusive remedy for defective or mis-shipped Products. Refunds will not be issued.

6. Refunds
Refunds are not available for custom Products.

For authorized returns subject to a restocking fee, refunds will be processed only after inspection and acceptance by BIGEV.

Refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to appear on the Customer’s account depending on payment provider.

Store credit may be issued in lieu of refund at BIGEV’s discretion for certain payment methods.

Reward points or promotional credits earned on any returned order will be revoked in full.

7. Shipping Responsibility
All return shipping shall be the responsibility of the Customer, including costs, insurance, duties, and risk of loss until receipt by BIGEV.

COD or collect shipments will be refused.

BIGEV shall not be liable for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.

8. Damage Reporting
Visible shipping damage must be reported to BIGEV within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery with supporting photographs of packaging, labeling, and Product.

Failure to report damage within this period voids any right of claim against BIGEV for such damage.

9. Customer Agreement
By placing an order, Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Product selection, model, measurements and compatibility are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Customer will be responsible for asking customer service for any specifics you feel you may be missing to make this determination by contacting sales@bigev.com.

  • Restocking fees are applied to offset costs of discounted pricing, handling, and inspection.

  • Returns are not intended to serve as a test fit, trial, or evaluation period.

  • Except as provided herein, all sales are final and binding.

BIGEV reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the foregoing requirements.
